Shop Foreman - Langhorne, PA
This is an exempt, full time position.

Job description:
The Shop Foreman reports directly to the Terminal Manager. The Foreman is responsible for keeping road equipment DOT compliant, understand and operate under DOT, OSHA and EPA guidelines, perform maintenance tasks on road equipment and manage the physical shop area and shop employees. This is a hands-on position that includes promoting safety, managing mechanics, trouble shooting and making equipment repairs, scheduling and performing PM's/DOT/VIK as well as a variety of tasks to ensure a safe and efficient shop.

Job requirements:
This position requires employee to supply their own tools and have the knowledge of performing repairs on class 8 equipment. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and maintenance software programs. Position requires heavy lifting, extended periods of sitting and standing, ability to climb ladders, phone use, keyboarding. Must be able to work in confined spaces, in a variety of environmental conditions. The candidate must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by phone.
